The Ender 3 V3 from Creality brings new impetus to the high-speed 3D printer market. Not only does its breathtaking speed of up to 600 mm/s and a maximum acceleration of 20,000 mm/s² make the Bed Slinger an outstanding design, but it also attracts everyone's attention when it comes to innovations. Aesthetic and stable at the same time
Both the gantry and the base of the printer are made from a robust, mechanically strong ADC12 aluminium alloy and are manufactured using a die-casting process. The stable construction has few screws and connection points; its rounded corners and edges contribute to its stable and elegant appearance.
Speed beast with coordinated XZ movements
With its max. print speed of 600 mm/s and a max. acceleration of 20,000 mm/s², the Ender 3 V3 prints up to 12 times faster compared to a standard i3 3D printer, setting new standards for Bed Slinger.
Tip: In combination with Creality Hyper PLA filaments, the printer prints much faster and with higher quality.
Because the Ender 3 V3 's X and Z axes are connected, two high-torque motors work in unison to respond at lightning speed. This results in an impressive speed of 0 to 600 mm/s in just 0.03 seconds.
Thanks to precise linear guides and a fully automatic toothed belt, the Z axis can be positioned with the utmost precision. With a Z-axis accuracy of ≤ 15 µm, there is minimal Z-banding.
Extruder kit with quick-swap nozzle
The direct drive extruder of the Ender 3 V3 is reinforced by a bolster spring and a ball plunger for a firmer filament grip.
Upgrades:
► Lateral spring that strengthens the hold of the extruder gears,
► Ball plunger that holds the extruder lever in place,
► Powder metallurgy lever that maintains the extrusion force.
The so-called “Unicorn” tri-metal copper nozzle is equipped with a steel tip and a heatbreak made of titanium alloy. The long-lasting nozzle's integrated heatbreak blocks heat creep and can be easily replaced.
